It is with our thanks that we write you this letter. To begin, we appreciate your patience and consistent response in organizing our Greece trip and itinerary. We know it took some time to come to decisions on our part and you were nothing but wonderful to work with as we revised and added locations and people. The hotels you chose and booked for us were all wonderful. These hotels were centrally located, offered fabulous breakfasts and helpful, friendly staffs. Our favorite hotels were the Acropolis Museum Hotel in Athens and the Hermes Mykonos Hotel. These hotels were more than accommodating. Upon arrival at the Acropolis Museum Hotel in Athens, we were given an envelope containing our itineraries and vouchers. We appreciate your organization as it made us feel at ease. All but one of our friendly transporters was on time. For the one who missed us in Mykonos, we were reimbursed our taxi fare and brought a fabulous box of truffles as an apology. Just wanted to give you some brief feedback and thank you for the excellent organization of the services you set up for us. The connection from our international to domestic flights was pretty much seamless.
The rep in Santorini was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was promptly waiting for us -- despite our flight's delay. Esperas was amazing. I did not expect any less and thus specifically requested this hotel. The staff was very attentive. They were also very apologetic about setting up our room as a honeymoon suite -- apparently at your company's request. It was amusing and we did not mind at all by the way. Incoming taxi transfer in Athens was patiently waiting for us outside arrivals -- also despite the flight delay. Acropolis Museum Hotel was cozy but then again we only really needed a bed to sleep overnight. Service was great and the delicious breakfast was a surprise (we were expecting much less).
Once again, thank you very much for the services arranged for us. We were a bit skeptic about having done all of this online and actually feared having been scammed after the record locator incident we discussed prior to our departure. I am glad to have been proven wrong! Excellent organization and customer service. You should definitely be commended -- you were great along the whole process.
We will definitely be recommending your services to our friends and look forward to working with you in the future.

To be honest, we were a bit apprehensive how it would all work out especially since we didn't have a recommendation for your company but just found your website on the internet. However, we were very very pleased how it all went very smoothly. All the pick ups were on time, everyone was very cordial and friendly and we did like very much the Art Boutique hotel Eridanus in Athens (the area was not that wonderful to be truthful) but it wasn't a long walk at all to get to the shopping areas. It was quite interesting actually walking along the narrow streets to get to Athena and Ermou Streets. So we just wanted to write you and show our appreciation for organizing everything for us. We would definitely recommend your company.
